Eight year old Joel arrived from Nicaragua.

Joel came to have his hip corrected, but Dr. Shindell advised against surgery. Instead, HTC was able to provide Joel with special shoes (a shoe lift) to compensate for his limp.

Joel was hosted by Mitch and Micki, Taylor, Jessie, Mikaela and Emma.
