How you can help

Help Healing the Children every time you shop at Albertsons or at Bashas. It’s easy, it’s fast and it doesn’t cost you anything more than what you normally spend on your grocery shopping. You can allow your dollars spent to work for the benefit of helping children in need. Here’s how:

January 2009: Ophthalmology and ENT team complete a successful trip to Cuenca, Ecuador: PDF Print E-mail

Led by Dr. Brendan Cassidy, a team of 12 ophthalmology and ENT specialist traveled to Ecuador, where they screened  over 150 patients and operated on nearly 60 children at no cost. These children were of families with little resources that had been unable to receive care. The team was sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Cuenca, a truly wonderful group of people and great hosts.
